Grounding: Finding our way in Space

Sometimes our thoughts can carry us away from our bodies, for many reasons. Thinking, of the past, the future, feeling the energy of the environment, I just ran to catch the train, etc. In my experience when I want to return to a unified state of peaceful presence in this “Now” moment, I place one hand palm flat over my heart, and the other palm flat over my navel, and take a few regular breaths. It is possible here to synchronize and reset energetically.
